Dolina Kościeliska (The Kościeliska Valley)
The Kościeliska Valley is the second largest valley in the Polish Tatra Mountains after the Chochołowska Valley, and, according to many, the most beautiful. It is a veritable natural museum – here you will find sheer rock faces, a rushing stream, mysterious caves and vast glades.

Jaskinia Mylna
Jaskinia Mylna is the most interesting tourist cave in the Polish Tatras that does not have electric lighting. This is not a normal walk - it is a real micro-expedition. Here you will feel like a speleologist: you will crawl, get dirty and search for the way in the dark.
Difficulty: moderate (requires crawling)

Jaskinia Raptawicka
Jaskinia Raptawicka is an option for hikers looking for a thrill, but not necessarily wanting to crawl in mud (as in Mylna Cave). It is a vertical, spacious cave and... rather noisy, because entering it requires climbing a steel ladder.
Difficulty: medium (ladder!)

Wąwóz Kraków and Smocza Jama
Wąwóz Kraków is a place straight out of a fantasy film. It is a side karst branch of Kościeliska Valley, where the vertical rock walls come so close together that they sometimes block out the sky. There is a cool microclimate and a deep silence here. It is a **short but intense adventure**. You will find everything here: a walk through a canyon floor, climbing a ladder and crawling through a cave.
Difficulty: medium (ladder + chains)
